Towson Neurology Associates is the neurology practice of Drs. Francis J. Mwaisela, Marcella V. Mwaisela, and Alexandru V. Olaru, M.D.. We are located in Towson, Maryland. We are proud members of the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Group.
As neurologists, we serve as consultants to other physicians in diagnosing and treating disorders of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. We also provide long-term care to those patients with chronic neurological disorders. Some of the conditions we diagnose and treat are stroke, seizures, migraines and other headaches, multiple sclerosis, neuropathies, dementia, tremors, and Parkinson's disease.
